You will be a key piece in our culture of operational excellence, contributing to the financial strength of Premier and ensuring that our accounting operations flow with agility and precision.Main ResponsibilitiesSupport in the execution of the commission payment process, contributing to its accuracy and alignment with established policies.Collaborate in the processing of claims payments for various products, ensuring their exactness and compliance.Prepare and review monthly account reconciliations, supporting in the identification and analysis of variations.Participate in the management of incentive payments, including the timely recording of the corresponding accounting entries.Prepare and share production reports within the established deadlines at the beginning of each month.Provide support in the accounting closing processes related to commissions.Contribute to the compliance with internal policies, financial controls, and accounting principles (GAAP).Manage multiple tasks in an organized way in a dynamic environment, maintaining focus on the fulfillment of key dates.Collaborate in additional initiatives according to business needs, demonstrating flexibility and commitment.Requirements, Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesHigh school diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar functions.Excellent numerical and analytical ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and ability to reconcile accounting accounts.Intermediate knowledge in computerized accounting systems (SAP, Peachtree, Intacct, etc.).Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and collaborative tools like Google Workspace.Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.Organization and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, maintaining high quality standards.Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in demanding environments.Flexibility and agility to adapt to changes in dynamic environments.Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring precision in every process.Passion for service and commitment to excellence in attending to internal and external clients.Excellent communication, mediation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to positively influence and collaborate with various levels of the organization.Effective communication in Spanish and English, both orally and in writing, in professional contexts.Ability to generate a positive and productive work environment in a team.What We OfferAn environment that promotes innovation, teamwork, and professional development.
