This position serves as a Contract Specialist for the Engineering Consultant Section of ADOT. The specific duties for this position will include but will not be limited to the following:

- Experience and Knowledge of Construction Contracts
- Knowledge and understanding of GAAP
- Review and reconciliation of accounting transactions - Review and approve accounts payable transactions per the contract requirements
- Reports/Invoices - Accounting practices
- Fundamentals of xhqgsiq budget and expenditures
- Computer knowledge including; - Google, Excel, Word, and Acrobat - Adobe - Organizing and Prioritizing work assignments
