The RoleWe're hiring a Contract Accountant to join Rilla's Finance team. As a member of the finance and operations team you will own core accounting processes, drive financial close, and build the internal controls and reporting infrastructure we need to scale. This is a broad, hands-on role — you won't just maintain the books, you'll shape how we do finance as a company.What You'll DoAssist with month-end, quarter-end, and annual close — journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedulesManage revenue recognition in accordance with GAAP, including subscription and multi-period arrangementsOversee AP, accruals, prepaid expenses, and fixed assetsAssist with financial statements and internal management reportsSupport annual audits, tax filings, and coordination with external auditors and advisorsDrive finance system implementations and workflow automationAssist with cash flow management and forecastingMaintain and strengthen accounting policies, procedures, and internal controlsPartner with operations, finance, and leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analysesSupport benefits administration as the team growsIdentify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and help us scaleWhat You'll GetThe chance to work at one of the fastest-growing startups in the world and build the financial foundation that keeps us moving.
