We are seeking a full-time experienced accounting professional with solid Accounts Payable, Billing and computer skills.
Responsibilities:
- Project Billing
- Monthly Reporting
- Revenue Recognition
- Work in Process
- Accounts Payable Processing
- Employee Expense Reimbursement
- Credit Card Processing
Requirements:
- Associates Level College Degree or higher
- Conscientious and detail oriented
- Proficient in Excel
- Knowledge of Deltek accounting software a plus
- Prior experience in an architectural/engineering firm preferred
