Accountant Level 3Volt is immediately hiring for an Accounting Level 3/ Newark, NJAs an Accounting:Someone with accounting investment experience preferred in the bond accounting, fixed income productsNice to have experience with PAM or any other accounting system.Must have a minimum of 6 years of experience.Must be able to manage a small team of 3-6 personnel and operate autonomously.Assists in conducting accounting services on behalf of assigned clients and funds including driving Service Improvement plans, targeting efficiencies, enhancing processes and specialist review functions, allocating expenses, and preparing reports.Degree in Accounting is required.Responsibilities:Direct supervision of team members.Identify, implement, and perform key controls.Provide support, to business partners and key stake holders.Participate in internal and external audits.Thorough understanding of accounting related to investment activity in the PAM or any other accounting systems.Responsible for ensuring trade activity.Must be familiar with Oracle.Review of monthly requests for our various business partners across the company.Independently prioritize and lead various project work.This is a Contract full time opportunity.Pay Rate: $42.97 per hour*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
