nJOB SUMMARY
nPerforms a variety of routine technical accounting and/or auditing work, which requires the application of
naccounting theory and practices.
nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES
nPerforms professional-level accounting duties such as:
nPerforming and reviewing reconciliations with applicable support
nPreparing work papers, amortization schedules and reports
nExamines a variety of accounting documents to verify accuracy of computations
nEnsures transactions are in accordance with applicable authority, policies, procedures, and are recorded consistent with acceptable accounting standards
nProvides assistance to field staff to demonstrate or explain financials
nPrepares accounting reports utilizing manual methods and/or computer software
nDemonstrates or explains accounting practices and procedures as requested
nPrepares variance analysis on assigned accounts.
nUploads journal entries on monthly basis.
nMay prepare foreign currency translations.
nPrepares various reports for compliance with GAAP regulations.
nResponds to SOX and internal/external audit requests as needed.
nLeads special projects as necessary.
nLeads and provides guidance to lower level accounting staff.

nMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
nEducation
nBachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline
nExperience
nFour (4) years of Full-cycle accounting experience with emphasis on financial data analysis and
nprocess improvements.
nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
nUnderstanding of accounting principles, GAAP
nAbility to work independently, prioritizing and meeting multiple deadlines
nAdvanced Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Excel Automation Add-ins, Power Point
nand Power BI) experience a must.
nAbility to take the initiative to discuss assignments, expectations, priorities and deadlines as well as
nseek guidance from supervisor.
nStrong analytical, organization, multi-tasking and problem solving skills.
nStrong written/verbal communication and teamwork skills.
nStrong data analysis, involving large data volumes, and presentation skills.
nUtilize automation tools and software to streamline routine tasks and increase efficiency.
nDemonstrates knowledge of process review, documentation and recommends improvements.
