The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 2+ years of journal entry preparation and posting experience.
- 2+ years of month-end close experience.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency, including formulas, lookups, and pivot tables.
- Experience applying accounting policies and close procedures.
- Experience performing account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
- Experience supporting audits and internal controls.
- A continuous improvement mindset with process enhancement experience.
