Key Responsibilities for the Accountant:

• Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations across assigned business units.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.
• Conduct variance analysis, investigate discrepancies, and recommend solutions.
• Support monthly close processes and maintain reporting deadlines.
• Partner with operational leaders to explain financial results and provide insights.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and ongoing accounting projects.

Qualifications for the Accountant:

• Accounting experience with strong reconciliation and financial reporting responsibilities.
• Experience preparing financial statements and performing variance analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant accounting experience may substitute for education requirements.
• General ledger experience; AR/AP tie-outs and fixed asset experience are a plus.
