We are looking for experienced accountants to join our team! A reputable realtor in the El Paso area is looking to expand its team and bring in an accountant. Interviews will be held this week.

Accountant Details:

• Temporary position
• $ 19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Job Duties:

• Manage bookkeeping for multiple companies.
• Process payroll for Texas and New Mexico.
• Upload and maintain receipts, invoices, and financial records.
• Work with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.
• Provide general administrative support, phone communication, and problem-solving as needed.

Dress Code:

Business casual and professional attire. Appropriate closed-toe shoes required.

Work Environment:

Professional office environment. Candidate must be organized, dependable, and able to work independently while managing multiple company accounts.

Physical Requirements:

Primarily sedentary office work requiring extended periods of sitting and computer use. Occasional lifting of office materials up to 15–20 lbs.

Schedules / Training:

Monday–Friday, regular business hours. Training will be provided on company-specific procedures and systems as needed.

Accountant Qualifications:

Accountants with QuickBooks and certifications and plus.
