- Onsite, 5x a week in Charlotte, NC
- Own key areas of intercompany accounting, including AR/AP, expense transfers, and reconciliations
- Support month-end close, financial statements, journal entries, and reporting
- Manage daily cash activity, including wires, ACH payments, and cash requirements
- Support revenue and cost accounting for complex customer projects
- Partner across audit, tax, expense management, and broader accounting initiatives
- Help deliver accurate financial information that supports both day-to-day operations and business decisions
- Bachelor`s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 3+ years of general accounting experience preferred
- Manufacturing, distribution, or another complex operational environment is a plus
- Experience with intercompany accounting, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting, AR/AP, or cash management
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working across multiple systems
- ERP experience is a plus, but not required
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities
