In office days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with working hours targeting our core business hours of 9am-5pm EST.YOUR ROLEAs an Investments team member, you'll play a key role in the innovative investment strategies that enable our company and our financial products to serve our customers and their families when they need us most – now and in the future.What you will be doingSupport accurate U.S. GAAP and U.S.

Statutory accounting and reporting for the organization's Alternative Assets investment portfolio, supporting large scale projects, developing and maintaining robust internal controls frameworkEvaluate system outputs to ensure appropriate accounting treatment for our alternative assets portfolioResearch and review of accounting guidance to assess existing processes – identifying potential efficiencies and/or gaps in current business processesPerform assigned accounting responsibilities, including account reconciliations, transaction reviews, loan pricing analysis, real estate owned accounting, and journal entry and financial reporting preparation.Partner with the Finance Teams across all product lines and assist in the development and execution of Investment strategiesCollaborate cross-functionally to create efficiencies and deliver superior business resultsSupport accounting policy implementation and strategic business process redesign effortsHelp maintain SOX controls documentation and evaluate deficiency risks through on-going review and validation of key operational processesPerform other duties as assignedWhat You BringBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or other business-related disciplineCPA is preferred2-5 years of U.S. GAAP and/or U.S. Statutory accounting and reporting experienceStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to build and maintain strong working relationships across cross-functional groups and communicate complex information clearlyAbility to balance multiple projects at once and prioritize appropriatelyExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsOutstanding communication and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple and changing prioritiesSkills including MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Copilot)Employee Benefits & Well-BeingCompetitive Compensation & Total Rewards IncentivesComprehensive Healthcare CoverageMultiple 401(k) Savings Plan OptionsAuto Enrollment in Employer-Directed Retirement Account Feature (100% employer-funded!)Generous Paid Time Off – Including 12 Paid Holidays, Volunteer Time Off and Paid Family LeaveDisability, Life, and Long Term Care InsuranceTuition Reimbursement, Student Loan Repayment and Training & Certification SupportWellness support including gym membership reimbursement and Employee Assistance Program resources (work/life support, financial & legal management)Caregiver and Mental Health Support ServicesADDITIONALAt this time, Genworth will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.National Range: $68,900 - $103,000Disclaimer: This role is aligned to a national market-based pay range.

Actual compensation will vary based on geographic location, experience, skills, and other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in a bonus incentive plan. Incentive compensation is based on individual and company performance and is not guaranteed.
