Accountant | $95/hr Remote

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex marketing and financial data to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Develop and implement standardized rubrics and analytical frameworks to support AI model training and evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accounting accuracy and compliance across technology-driven projects.
• Provide expert guidance on accounting principles to inform AI model development and data validation processes.
• Document findings and recommendations clearly through high-quality written and verbal communication.
• Monitor industry best practices and integrate updated accounting standards into ongoing projects.
• Support refinement of data-driven strategies by providing actionable accounting insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounting roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to analyze data and apply accounting expertise to complex problem-solving.
• Experience developing structured analytical frameworks or evaluation rubrics.
• Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
• Strong critical thinking and independent problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong professional experience across diverse accounting environments is preferred.
• Experience supporting AI model development or technology-focused projects is advantageous.
• Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are preferred.
