- Monday to Friday 9:30AM-6:00PM
- 22.50 USD hourly

- Oversee client accounts by anticipating needs and providing proactive solutions to business challenges.
- Assist in order processing by leveraging various software platforms and methods.
- Act as a liaison between clients and warehouse or administrative teams to ensure effective communication.
- Manage inbound and outbound demand while coordinating with fleet and brokerage services.
- Ensure adherence to client contracts and perform basic billing and auditing tasks.
- Maintain and update documented standard operating procedures specific to your assigned clients.
