Working remotely, the part-time hourly Account Servicing Specialist I will assess past due accounts, contact customers for resolution, and handle complex account inquiries while performing outbound calls and processing payments. Key responsibilities Perform outbound calls on past due customer accounts to resolve delinquency Research and determine the best course of action for delinquent accounts Process over-the-phone payments and provide relief options to customers in hardship Required qualifications High school diploma Minimum 1-year relevant experience in customer service or collections Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel Professional phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to handle stressful conversations with tact and diplomacy
