We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Representative to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships while providing essential chemical service support and field-based account management. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in both industrial and customer-facing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain customer accounts and relationships.
• Perform chemical delivery services to customer locations.
• Service and maintain chemical feed and delivery pumps.
• Monitor and manage customer inventory levels.
• Collect samples as required.
• Pull and replace corrosion coupons for monitoring and analysis.
• Generate detailed service reports and maintain accurate records.
• Troubleshoot field-related service issues and provide solutions.
• Communicate regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in account management, industrial services, chemical handling, water treatment, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift equipment and materials as needed and work in industrial environments.

Travel Requirements

• Some travel may be required for customer projects, training, and company meetings.
• Regular driving is a significant part of this position.

Schedule

• Typically Monday through Friday.
• Average workweek of 40-50 hours.
• Occasional weekend work may be required, though it is rare.
