Account Representative

As an Account Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact in resolving accounts for deceased individuals, working sensitively with estates, attorneys, and family representatives. DCM Services, LLC is a nationally recognized leader in estate and specialty collections, headquartered in the Minneapolis-Saint Paul metro area. For over 30 years, we have partnered with some of the countrys largest financial institutions to provide compassionate, compliant, and professional account resolution services.
