Account Relations Manager

Acting as a liaison with vendors and business partners, the full-time remote Account Relations Manager will build strong relationships, assess performance data, and enhance vendor experiences while supporting compliance and process improvements. Key responsibilities Communicates with vendors to ensure member or provider satisfaction and performance Assesses key performance data to monitor and measure productivity of specific programs Acts as a liaison between internal departments and vendors to handle escalations and facilitate new business implementations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required 2 - 4 years of related experience preferred Experience in sales, call center, or vendor management preferred Familiarity with AWS, Calabrio, Salesforce, Ascend, Excel, and Power BI preferred Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
