Supporting the Central Region remotely, the full-time Account Operations Specialist will manage provider onboarding, ensure timely access to clonoSEQ ordering, and build strategic relationships with customers to enhance their experience. Key Responsibilities Support two sales regions to ensure timely access to clonoSEQ ordering for providers and care teams Manage the provider onboarding process for expedited ordering and customers integrating clonoSEQ into their EMR Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers, driving satisfaction through superior service and execution Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience, preferably in Client Services or Customer Training/Support Proactive approach to work with a strong personal drive and desire for feedback Strong customer and patient focus with an understanding of HIPAA requirements Effective project collaborator able to work autonomously toward team goals Strong analytical and planning skills with meticulous data entry abilities
