This entry-level role emphasizes organization, professional communication, and delivering a high standard of client service. Training and mentorship are provided to help you develop a career in client account management. You will meet with clients, present options, and manage ongoing accounts. This is a performance-based position; Manage and grow your assigned accounts Work a structured Monday–Friday daytime schedule People with customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales backgrounds Willing to complete state licensing (full training and support provided) Monday–Friday schedule (nights and weekends back) Full training and one-on-one mentorship Real opportunity for advancement based on performance Performance-based with uncapped earning potential + performance bonuses Target First-Year Range: $45,000 - $90,000+.
