We're looking for a driven business developer who understands metal fabrication and knows how to turn customer relationships into profitable business.

This is an opportunity for a proven sales professional to help grow a manufacturing business by identifying new customers, opening doors with decision-makers, and winning new programs. If you understand metal stamping, fabrication, and related manufacturing processes—and enjoy hunting for new business—this could be a strong fit.

What You'll Do

• Identify, prospect, and win new customers across target manufacturing markets.
• Build a pipeline through cold calling, networking, industry relationships, and direct outreach.
• Develop relationships with purchasing, sourcing, engineering, and executive-level decision-makers.
• Understand customer needs and connect them with the right manufacturing capabilities.
• Develop quotes, pursue new programs, negotiate opportunities, and turn prospects into long-term customers.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to production.

What We're Looking For

• Metal fabrication sales experience is the priority. We want someone who understands the industry, its customers, and how to sell manufacturing capabilities.
• A demonstrated track record of winning new business—not just managing existing accounts.
• Experience selling to OEMs, manufacturers, or other industrial customers.
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• The initiative to build a pipeline and create opportunities without waiting for leads to come in.
