About the Role

We are seeking motivated and entrepreneurial individuals to join as Account Manager. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end coordination of freight shipments, working closely with customers and carriers to deliver efficient transportation solutions.

This is a salaried position, offering uncapped earning potential for high performers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a portfolio of new and existing clients
• Source and manage relationships with reliable carriers
• Negotiate competitive pricing with both customers and carriers
• Coordinate and oversee shipments from pickup to delivery
• Track freight movements and provide timely updates to customers
• Resolve service issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and increase profitability
• Communicate proactively regarding shipment status, ETAs, and availability

Requirements

• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or sales (preferred but not essential)
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Confident communication and negotiation abilities
• Basic computer literacy
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset
• Willingness to work as an independent contractor (1099)
