Own day-to-day client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring exceptional communication, organization and client satisfaction
Coordinate multiple client projects and strategies across Paid Media, Creative, CRO, Strategy and MarTech teams, ensuring quality deliverables and seamless execution
Understand client businesses, goals and KPIs and effectively communicate strategy, performance and recommendations to a variety of client stakeholders
Lead client meetings, including preparing agendas, communicating performance and project updates and ensuring clear next steps and expectations
Assign, track and follow up on projects, deliverables and deadlines, proactively identifying potential roadblocks before they impact the client
1–3 years of experience in a similar Account Management or Client Services role at a digital marketing agency, or comparable in-house experience
~ Strong understanding of digital marketing and paid media
~ Experience with project management software such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.Exceptional attention to detail, organization and ability to manage information across multiple clients and functions
~ Dedication to delivering exceptional client service at a consistently high standard
~ Ability to join us in our Tempe office, with a remote day available after 90 days of successful employment
