We’re hiring an Account Manager in Tampa to maintain client relationships and coordinate day-to-day account requirements. You’ll stay in contact with assigned clients, clarify requests, and work with colleagues to deliver agreed services.
How You’ll Support Your Accounts
- Hold regular client conversations and confirm priorities.
- Record requirements, agreed actions, and delivery expectations.
- Coordinate requests with internal teams and follow up on progress.
- Prepare account updates and supporting meeting materials.
- Address routine service concerns and involve management when needed.
- Identify changing client needs and discuss relevant service options.
Bring Relevant People Skills
Experience in account support, client services, sales support, hospitality, or coordination is helpful. You may have managed ongoing bookings, handled customer relationships, or organized requests involving several colleagues.
A specific degree or previous Account Manager title isn’t required. We value attentive listening, professional communication, practical problem-solving, and accurate follow-up.

Guidance will cover company services, account procedures, and reporting systems. You’ll develop your ability to manage expectations, coordinate delivery, and build productive client relationships.
