Managing a high-volume book of clients, the full-time remote Account Manager - SEM/SEO will establish strong client relationships, oversee client kick-off meetings, and facilitate quarterly business reviews while achieving retention and upsell quotas. Key responsibilities Manage client relationships and ensure alignment on goals and strategies during kick-off meetings Organize quarterly business reviews to assess client performance and provide strategic recommendations Identify trends across client accounts to proactively address issues and capitalize on opportunities Required qualifications 2+ years in account management or a client-facing role 1+ years of experience in SEM/PPC advertising strategies and measuring campaign success Experience in digital marketing sales is a plus Strong self-motivation and ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively Outgoing personality with a passion for developing client relationships and exceeding expectations
