Our Client is a private UK specialist company founded in 2017 that offers rare, exclusive, and commemorative gold and platinum sovereigns for collectors. Registered in London's historic Hatton Garden area, they are opening up a US Office in Rosemont, IL.

About the Role

Account Manager

Responsibilities :

• Making outbound dials to clients and answering inbound warm leads.
• Selling the value and benefits of our products.
• Negotiating and overcoming objections from clients.
• Building long standing relationships with your clients and servicing their continual needs.
• Identifying the needs of the clients and offering the most appropriate product to suit their needs.
• Following up on call backs to meet customer’s expectations.
• Establishing your own client base and being responsible for managing those clients.
• Lead busting to generate new client acquisition to the department.
• Delivering call backs to save returns.
• Ensure you have an in depth knowledge to be a product specialist in the market place.
• Meeting challenging targets.
• Be positive and polite and maintain professional and ethical working practices at all times.
• Be a company ambassador and advocate of our brand.
• Adherence to quality measures in line with FTC regulations.

Qualifications :

• Excellent verbal communication.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent rapport building skills.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a proven record of at least 1 years sales experience over the telephone.
• Ability to multitask a multitude of duties.
• Time Management.
• Ability to understand the needs of our customers.
• Ability to promote company products.
• Reliable and committed to the role.
• Self motivated.
• Work as part of a team building team relationships.

Pay range and compensation package :

Base Salary - $40,000 plus commission. First year 120K. Second year-175K-225K
