Account ManagerLocationJob TypeSalary RangeRenton, WAFull-Time | On-site$25.00 - $31.60 per hourJob SummaryThe Account Manager is the primary point of contact for Radiant’s clients, responsible for building strong client relationships, overseeing local delivery drivers, and ensuring dependable, high-quality transportation service. This is a hands-on, on-site role suited to someone who knows Seattle’s geography well, thrives in a fast-paced small-team environment, and takes pride in solving problems for clients quickly and professionally.Key ResponsibilitiesThe key duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:Client Relationship ManagementServe as the primary liaison for assigned clients, building and maintaining trusted, long-term relationshipsAssess client needs and partner with internal teams to design tailored transportation solutionsRespond quickly and professionally to client concerns, keeping satisfaction highIdentify opportunities to expand services and grow existing accountsAccount Oversight & ReportingMonitor account performance to ensure timely, accurate, and reliable service deliveryPrepare regular account reports, performance metrics, and market insights for clients and leadershipTrack industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic account decisionsOperations & Team CoordinationManage and support local delivery drivers to ensure safe, efficient, on-time deliveriesCoordinate closely with operations, logistics, and sales teams for seamless service executionHandle day-to-day email communications with clients and internal stakeholders professionally and efficientlyContribute actively as a member of a small, collaborative, fast-moving teamQualifications & SkillsRequiredHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quicklyProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and email management toolsIn-depth knowledge of Seattle geography, traffic patterns, and local regulationsValid driver’s licenseAbility to travel locally for client meetings and occasional industry eventsStrong multitasking and prioritization skills; comfortable overseeing delivery drivers in a fast-paced environmentPreferredGeneral coursework or degree in related fieldGeneral knowledge of U.S geographyFamiliarity with transportation and logistics processesWork ScheduleStandard 8-hour workday with required meal and rest breaksFlexibility to ensure responsibilities are covered during absencesPhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods; use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and lift and/or move up to 15–25 pounds (e.g., files, supplies, or equipment). Specific vision abilities require close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
