Building trusted client relationships, the full-time remote Account Manager will oversee the delivery of strategic Publications and Medical Affairs programs for pharmaceutical clients while collaborating with various teams to ensure high-quality scientific communication initiatives are executed on time and within budget. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, delivering exceptional client service and building trusted relationships Lead the delivery of Publications and Medical Affairs projects, including manuscripts, abstracts, and medical education initiatives Manage project plans, budgets, and financial tracking, proactively identifying risks and escalating issues as necessary Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related discipline (advanced degree preferred but not required) 3+ years' experience in medical communications supporting Publications, Medical Affairs, or both Experience managing scientific communication deliverables such as manuscripts and congress materials Strong project management skills with experience in managing timelines and budgets Knowledge of publication guidelines, including ICMJE and GPP, and familiarity with publication management systems is an advantage
