Key Responsibilities for the Account Manager:

  • Onboard new clients and establish expectations around program processes and best practices.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person client meetings to provide program updates, guidance, and compliance support.
  • Deliver training on service logging, program administration, reporting requirements, and compliance standards.
  • Analyze client participation and performance to identify opportunities for increased reimbursement and program success.
  • Serve as an escalation point for client concerns and support issue resolution.

Qualifications for the Account Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 1-3 years of customer service, account management, or related experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to travel to client sites, trainings, conferences, and company meetings as needed.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including at least two days per week in the office.
  • Knowledge of compliance, training, client support, or reimbursement-related programs is preferred.
