Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a dedicated portfolio of premier publishers, ensuring their success with the JWX platform Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for account growth, including upsells and the adoption of new features to enhance video monetization Oversee the full publisher lifecycle post-sale, from onboarding and implementation to performance reviews and strategic renewals Required Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in Account Management, Publisher Development, or a related role within the digital media or advertising technology industry Deep understanding of the publisher landscape, online video platforms (OVPs), and advertising technology Proficiency in CRM tools; Salesforce experience is preferred Ability to understand technical concepts and a strong desire to learn new technology Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication abilities
