Account Manager - Property Management

Focusing on expanding and retaining revenue, the full-time remote Account Manager - Property Management will manage client relationships, execute renewal strategies, and identify growth opportunities within SOCi's existing commercial multi-location customer base. Key responsibilities Build and execute account plans to drive growth and retention across the customer base Cultivate long-term relationships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand SOCi's footprint within existing accounts Required qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying Account Management or Sales role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment Proven success in contract renewals, negotiations, and upselling to existing clients Property management industry experience strongly preferred Experience managing multiple deals simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience
