ABOUT US
- Marketing agency in Murfreesboro, TN — almost 10 years in business.

THE ROLE
- Main point of contact for 7-10 client accounts, from first conversation to final approval.
- Turn client goals into clear direction for our team.
- Manage our producers alongside two other account managers, with a Monday sync on priorities and timelines.
- Report directly to the owner, with a weekly 1:1 with Wes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Daily
- Own all client communication; bring in specialists when needed.
- Assign and manage projects and tasks in Asana.
- Answer team questions and relay exactly what the client wants.
- Quality-check every deliverable before it goes out.
- Run the feedback loop until the client is happy.
- Present each team member's priorities in the morning meeting.
Weekly & Monthly
- Lead client meetings, in person and virtual; always have the next one booked.
- Track every project start to finish and update clients at milestones.
- Learn each client's business and goals, then turn them into project direction.
- Build lasting client relationships.
Team Culture
- Check in with the team throughout the day.
- Make sure people feel supported and equipped.
- Have direct conversations about effort, ownership, and workload.
- Bring team feedback to your weekly 1:1 with the owner.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 2+ years in account, client services, or project management (agency preferred).
- Strong written communication.
- Confidence leading client meetings.
- Sharp eye for detail.
- Organized across many clients at once; Asana a plus.
- Direct but caring feedback style.
