We’re seeking an experienced Health Insurance Account Manager to manage client relationships, benefits administration, renewals, and day-to-day account needs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships
- Coordinate enrollments, renewals, and plan changes
- Resolve billing, claims, and eligibility issues
- Work with carriers, brokers, and internal teams
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of health insurance or employee benefits experience xhqgsiq
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Insurance license preferred
