Remote Account Manager Legacy Logistics
Legacy Logistics is seeking a professional and motivated **Remote Account Manager to manage client relationships, support customer needs, and help grow and retain our fulfillment clients.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain client accounts remotely
* Communicate with clients and address service needs
* Coordinate with operations and fulfillment teams
* Track client activity and communications in the CRM
* Identify renewal, upselling, and growth opportunities
* Maintain strong customer-service standards
Compensation: $25/hour after successful completion of the 90-day probationary period, plus commission.
Ideal Candidate: Organized, dependable, professional, sales-minded, and comfortable communicating with clients through phone, email, video meetings, and CRM systems.
