Manage a portfolio of accounts in last-mile, logistics, and warehousing. Build strong relationships with site managers, operations leaders, and HR stakeholders. Responsibilities: Own account health, forecasting, and reporting on key metrics. Collaborate with Sales and Ops to expand presence and ensure supply meets demand. Resolve escalations quickly to minimize disruption. Qualifications: 3-5+ years of account management experience in logistics or staffing. Strong understanding of warehouse and delivery operations.
