We connect skilled construction tradespeople with the companies that need them. We’re looking for a driven sales professional ready to get out in the market, build relationships, and turn prospects into clients.
Your mission:
• Prospect daily through cold calls, outreach, and face-to-face introductions.
• Visit construction sites and meet with decision-makers to uncover staffing needs.
• Build a strong pipeline, secure new accounts, and grow revenue.
• Partner with our recruiters to connect clients with the right skilled tradespeople.
• Deliver clear communication and follow-through that earns repeat business.
You’ll thrive here if you:
• Love pursuing new business and asking for the sale.
• Take initiative and stay persistent when you hear “no.”
• Build trust through strong communication and reliable follow-through.
• Bring sales and relationship-building experience. Construction or staffing experience is a plus!
