Job description:

Base + Commission

Collected by Schwung is seeking a driven, organized Account Manager to join our in-house sales team. This role blends relationship management, outbound prospecting, and full-cycle sales support in a fast-paced, design-forward environment.

This position does include cold calling and outbound outreach, alongside managing active and established accounts. Success in this role requires confidence, persistence, and strong technical skills.

Responsibilities

Sales & Prospecting

• Conduct outbound calls and outreach to prospective clients
• Follow up on warm leads, inquiries, and dormant accounts
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals

Client & Account Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
• Build long-term relationships with designers and trade clients
• Prepare quotes and guide clients through product selection
• Maintain consistent follow-up and communication

Order & Project Management

• Create and manage sales orders, invoices, and documentation
• Track orders from placement through delivery
• Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams
• Monitor timelines, availability, and special requests

Systems & Technology

• Maintain accurate records in CRM, inventory, and order systems
• Use technology daily to track outreach, activity, and sales
• Adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and workflows

Qualifications

• Sales or account management experience preferred
• Comfort with cold calling and outbound sales
• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
• Highly tech-savvy  and comfortable working across multiple systems
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-through
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

Design or trade industry xhqgsiq experience is a plus, not a requirement.
