- Manage a book of roughly 100 customer accounts, primarily Destination Marketing Organizations (DMOs), to retain and grow through proactive relationship management and strategic upselling.
- Build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and meet quarterly/annual retention and revenue targets.
- Serve as primary point of contact for customers, monitor health, and collaborate with support to ensure product adoption and success.
