Account Manager (Fully Remote)

Manage a book of roughly 100 customer accounts, primarily Destination Marketing Organizations (DMOs), to retain and grow through proactive relationship management and strategic upselling. Build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and meet quarterly/annual retention and revenue targets. Serve as primary point of contact for customers, monitor health, and collaborate with support to ensure product adoption and success. #J-18808-Ljbffr
