Account Manager (Fully Remote)

• The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with assigned strategic accounts.
• This role requires a strong understanding of Entrata’s product suite and the ability to align solutions with client objectives.
• The Account Manager works cross-functionally with internal teams to identify opportunities for account expansion.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts.
• Develop account plans outlining strategies for growth, retention, and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality client experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow multiple client accounts effectively.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
