Base Salary $65k - $125k (Uncapped Commission)

About the Role
We are seeking motivated and entrepreneurial individuals to join as Account Manager. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end coordination of freight shipments, working closely with customers and carriers to deliver efficient transportation solutions.
This is a salaried position, offering uncapped earning potential for high performers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a portfolio of new and existing clients
- Source and manage relationships with reliable carriers
- Negotiate competitive pricing with both customers and carriers
- Coordinate and oversee shipments from pickup to delivery
- Track freight movements and provide timely updates to customers
- Resolve service issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and increase profitability
- Communicate proactively regarding shipment status, ETAs, and availability
Requirements
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or sales (preferred but not essential)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communication and negotiation abilities
- Basic computer literacy
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset
- Willingness to work as an independent contractor (1099)
