Account Manager, Business Information

To support the growth of the Business Information sector, the full-time Account Manager will develop existing client relationships, ensure contract renewals, and provide training to users while working remotely in a hybrid position. Key responsibilities Manage and develop relationships with existing Business Information customers to meet revenue targets Ensure proper training for BI users and identify upselling opportunities to limit churn rates Collaborate with Sales and Marketing departments to relay customer feedback on BI products and maintain the CRM system Required qualifications Minimum of 7 years of experience in a sales development role, preferably in the Business Information market Master's degree; a degree in Business or Finance is desirable Fluency in both French and English for customer interactions Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced global environment In-depth knowledge of contract structures and current economic climate impacts
