Leading the design and execution of training programs, the full-time remote Supervisor, Account Management Training & Enablement will manage a team of Trainers, focusing on onboarding, ongoing development, and operational excellence across Account Management. Key responsibilities Coach and mentor Account Management Trainers, setting priorities and performance expectations aligned with business goals Define and contribute to onboarding and ongoing learning programs, ensuring training materials are accurate and standardized Partner cross-functionally to align training with tools and processes while monitoring training effectiveness and driving improvements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, education, healthcare administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience 5+ years of experience in training, enablement, account management, or healthcare operations 1-2 years of people leadership experience preferred Experience designing and delivering training programs for operational teams Prior experience with process improvement or operational transformation initiatives preferred
