Leading the Account Management function within the Experiential Learning Cloud (ELC) Student Success team, the full-time remote Manager of Account Management will oversee the team while personally managing a strategic portfolio of customer accounts, focusing on achieving renewal, migration, and expansion targets. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop the ELC Account Management team through regular performance reviews and career development conversations Accountable for individual and team quota attainment by monitoring performance metrics and providing coaching to improve outcomes Manage a strategic portfolio of customer accounts, handling renewals, migrations, and expansion opportunities to meet individual quotas Required Qualifications 5+ years in account management, customer success, or renewals within B2B SaaS, including at least 2 years in a management role Experience managing a distributed or international team with flexibility to work evening hours to support ANZ operations Proven track record of achieving renewal and retention targets while coaching team members through escalations Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM; experience in higher education or clinical education software is a plus Strong communication skills to represent the team to senior leadership and address escalated customer issues directly
