Account Management Team Lead

Providing hands-on leadership in a remote setting, the full-time Account Management Team Lead will coach and develop Account Managers, manage daily pipeline performance, and resolve escalations while ensuring a high-quality experience for Sales and broker partners. Key Responsibilities Lead and coach Account Managers to enhance performance and service quality Monitor team pipeline and performance metrics, addressing issues proactively Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between Account Management, Sales, and Operations Required Qualifications Experience in mortgage processing, account management, or mortgage operations Previous leadership or coaching experience preferred Strong client-service mindset with the ability to build effective relationships Proficiency with mortgage lending software and pipeline management tools Ability to troubleshoot complex loan scenarios and manage escalations effectively
