Job Summary

This role is responsible for standard activities supporting the creation, onboarding, and maintenance of accounts. The primary responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, providing quality service to internal partners and external clients, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard and maintain accounts by reviewing required account documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Respond to client inquiries via multiple channels to support operational efficiency and quality client service.
  • Conduct basic research, follow‑up, and resolve routine research requests.
  • Identify potential issues and risk concerns in daily operational tasks and appropriately escalates risks.
  • Provide general operational support, including handling inbound calls, mail sorting, and mail distribution.
  • Review and approve required account documentation.
  • Ensure that all documentation and regulatory requirements have been met before approving activation of accounts.
  • Confirm system information is correct so the client can access the product after activation.
  • Manage a high volume of work within a 48‑hour period in accordance with the New York Stock Exchange holiday schedule.
  • Perform risk assessments for each request type, apply proper mitigation steps, and escalates complex issues to leadership.
  • Research and resolve data issues by following documented procedures, using troubleshooting guides, and engaging support partners when necessary.
  • Respond to internal business partner inquiries about errors or reporting through phone and email to support operational efficiency and quality service.
  • Prioritize tasks according to due dates and other factors to ensure prompt completion of work with support from a senior team member.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience evaluating highly detailed client‑provided documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with specific requirements.
  • Experience following standard operating procedures, identifying errors, and working with partners to resolve issues.
  • Experience interacting with partners via phone and email, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook for email communication.
  • Ability to work with and manipulate data using Microsoft Excel to track results.
  • Ability to apply knowledge to improve processes.

Pay

Hourly pay range: $25.00 - $26.62, determined based on experience, education, and skill set.
