Account Management Director

Owning and growing strategic enterprise relationships, the remote Account Management Director will lead complex renewals and expansions for high-value accounts while negotiating with executive leaders and driving North American Net Dollar Retention (NDR). Key responsibilities Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, focusing on renewals and expansions Negotiate directly with CISOs, CIOs, CFOs, and procurement leaders to secure contracts Collaborate with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering to enhance customer value and drive growth Required qualifications Proven experience in account management or a related field, preferably in a senior role Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity and risk management Experience negotiating with C-level executives and managing high-stakes relationships Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and improve customer retention Track record of successfully managing complex client portfolios
