Account Group Supervisor - HCP Marketing

A leading pharmaceutical marketing agency is seeking an experienced Account Group Supervisor to support a remote--in region team. This role involves managing multiple client accounts, leading internal teams, and driving account growth. Account Group Supervisor Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for multiple client accounts, including complex, multi-brand projects, and manage agency partnerships to ensure long-term success.
• Lead and mentor account teams, overseeing day-to-day activities, performance management, and staff development.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and refine brand strategies that support both immediate objectives and future growth.
• Monitor project profitability, manage budgets, and negotiate amendments to statements of work to ensure financial targets are met.
• Strengthen client relationships through regular meetings, offering innovative solutions and maintaining trust to enhance overall service quality.

Account Group Supervisor Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; high school diploma/GED with relevant experience may be considered.
• 12+ years of strategic account leadership experience within a pharmaceutical marketing agency environment.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience leading internal account teams with a proven record of growth and client satisfaction.
• Extensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, therapeutic areas, and regulatory considerations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, travel as needed, and adapt to changing work volume demands.
