💼 What You'll Do
• Hunt for new business through cold calls, email, and networking
• Connect with business owners and present tailored shipping solutions
• Own the sales process from initial outreach through closing
• Grow your customer portfolio and hit activity and sales goals
🔥 Who We're Looking For
🏆 Former high school or collegiate athletes with a competitive mindset
🎓 Recent graduates, including those one to two years out of college; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
📞 Confident communicators with sales talent and the drive to prospect and close
💪 Resilient go-getters who take initiative and put in consistent effort
🧠 Coachable teammates who welcome feedback and act on it
🚀 Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus; logistics experience isn’t required
💰 Compensation & Benefits
• $56K–$65K base | $85K–$95K+ Year 1 OTE
• $95K–$120K+ Year 2 and beyond OTE
• Uncapped residual commission
