We\'re currently seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our growing \"Go-to-Market Dream Team\" in Lisbon. In this role, you\'ll play a pivotal role in driving our next phase of growth and company impact.

What you\'ll be doing
- Be the CEO of your territory: finding, meeting, negotiating, and closing new clients.
- Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
Must Haves
- You have a minimum of 5 years experience as an Account Executive
- You have a minimum of 3 years of B2B SaaS experience
- Experience selling directly to HR/L&D
- You have done 360 degree sales (owning sourcing to closing)
- Sold to US, UK or Ireland
- Enjoy working in a startup environment
- You are fluent and incredibly articulate in English, both verbal and written
