We're supporting customer acquisition and business development initiatives within Arizona's growing telecommunications industry, including opportunities connected to the evolving Cox and Spectrum market.

No previous sales experience? No problem! We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing development to help you build the skills needed to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Entry-Level Account Executive, you'll work directly with customers while learning the fundamentals of sales, business development, and customer acquisition.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with potential customers through face-to-face interactions
• Introducing and explaining telecommunications products and services
• Helping customers find internet and connectivity solutions that fit their needs
• Building positive customer relationships and delivering excellent service
• Supporting new customer acquisition and Arizona market expansion
• Working alongside experienced team members to achieve sales goals
• Participating in daily training, coaching, and professional development
• Learning business operations, leadership, and team management skills

As you gain experience, you'll have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities in training, team leadership, and business development.
